Privacy policy
Last updated October 23, 2026. This policy covers sunstoneadvisorygroup.com, operated by Sunstone Advisory Group LLC (“Sunstone Advisory”).
What we collect
- Health Check: your name, company, role, email, optional sites and modalities, and your answers and score.
- Checklist download and contact: anything you choose to send us by email, phone or the booking page.
- Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. It records anonymous page views and counts clicks on key buttons (such as booking a call or downloading the checklist).
Booking a call happens on Calendly, which handles your booking details under Calendly’s privacy notice.
Why we collect it
Only to prepare for and follow up on your conversation with us, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Health Check answers and contact details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless we become your advisor, in which case they are kept as part of our client records. Analytics data is aggregate and kept according to Cloudflare’s standard retention.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site and our email (such as Cloudflare, Microsoft and Calendly), and only as needed to provide those services.
Your choices and deletion requests
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
